5 Days in Seoul: Korean Visa for Filipinos

There are a lot of blogs talking about how to apply for Korean visas for Filipinos. I know because I've read a number before applying for a visa myself. But what's different about this blog is that it's going to talk about How to Apply for a Korean Visa for Second Timers.

But before that, here's the usual blah blah. :)

1. Go to http://embassy_philippines.mofa.go.kr/english/as/embassy_philippines/visa/requirement/index.jsp and check all the requirement. Make sure you have all of them in the correct type (photocopy or original) as instructed in the list.

2. Download the Application Form.

3. Go to the Korean Embassy in the Philippines and submit all your requirements along with the completed application form.

Visa application is from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Visa releasing is from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Korean Visa for Second Timers

I am writing this because this is my second time to apply for a Korean visa and some things are a bit different than the first.

1. In the application form, make sure to read the instructions very carefully for each number.

2. For second timers, you shouldn't fill out numbers 3 - 11. Again, skip numbers 3 to 11 and simply proceed to number 12 where you will sign your name and put the date of your application (the day you will go to the Korean Embassy in the Philippines to submit your application form along with the requirements.)

3. In number 2, you will be asked to input some information from your first Korean visa. The Korean visa number are the numbers at the top right corner of your visa. Not the one printed in red ink somewhere in the middle. Write every number even the 4 digits below the first line of numbers.

That's basically it. Good luck! :)
